Staff Turnover

Staff turnover at Flora Gardens is incredibly low.  Teachers often move up to the next year group with their class, thus providing continuity of education and a stable environment for your children. Staff are very loyal to the school and all share the same high expectations and aspirations for our pupils. 

The low staff turnover is evidence of the happy school environment that we have worked hard to achieve and maintain.  Staff are encouraged to attend a variety of in-house and external CPD courses (continued professional development) in order to continue their growth as professionals and stay up-to-date on the national curriculum and teaching practice. 

In the last 3 years just one teacher has left Flora Gardens, and that was due to housing relocation!
